Our Chef Recommends


Our restaurant features hearty regional home cooking as well as lighter meals. Our chef Ulrich Dörfler is looking forward to making your dreams come true. Our traditional Franconian home cooking is completed by our self-made farmhouse bread. Beginning in October, our chef serves freshly caught carp from our own pond. A light and sweet wine from the close-by Taubertal valley adds to the pleasure of a menu at the country inn Zum Rappen.
